Miranda Callaghan, based in Toronto, is an active member of Egon Zehnder’s Consumer and Industrials practices, and leads the Legal practice. With a passion for innovation and problem solving, she draws on her deep experience as an advisor to collaborate with clients to solve their most pressing talent challenges.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Miranda worked at Bain & Company as a Senior Manager. In that role, she advised clients in financial services, consumer and healthcare on a variety of strategic topics. Prior to Bain, Miranda was an associate in the corporate group at Torys LLP, where she worked with Canadian and U.S. clients in public and private M&A transactions.
Miranda earned a BA in Government from Cornell University, where she played on the varsity women’s ice hockey team, and a JD from Dalhousie University. Outside of work, Miranda spends most of her time attempting to pass on her love of sports and the outdoors to her young daughter and twin boys.
