Mining and metals production is critical to the global energy transition going forward. With an increasing need for the production of “green metals”, the industry is poised between growing to provide the resources we need to reduce the impact of fossil fuels and simultaneously transforming to ensure their own environmental impact doesn’t outweigh the gains.

To add to these challenges, the need to innovate, automate, digitize, and embed environmental, social and governance (ESG) goals is paramount. To thrive in the long term, Mining & Metals leaders will need to become ever more creative and sophisticated in how they structure their organizations, focus on the culture, collaborate externally, and interact with stakeholders and communities.

Who We Are

Our Mining & Metals consultants are former industry leaders, having worked at Vale, De Beers, Glencore, ABB, Incitec Pivot, Rio Tinto, Air Liquide, Pechiney and Ausenco, among others. We understand your unique challenges because we often faced them ourselves. Our industry experience also provides us with long-term relationships and invaluable access to candidates and industry intelligence.

We have one global P&L. We are as global as the industry we serve, reaching across borders for talent and ideas. As a result, we are incentivized to collaborate and harness all of our Firm’s resources to ensure our clients’ success. We tap into our Firm-wide network to offer creative solutions.
