Specific roles included: General Manager Outerwear, Pacific Brands Limited, Australia; Group General Manager Juice and Beverages, General Manager Corporate Strategy and Strategic Programs, Senior Brand Manager, National Foods Limited, Australia; Business Systems Manager, Linfox Pty Ltd, Australia. David commenced his career with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) designing and delivering strategic change programs for organizations in a variety of industries. He subsequently worked for one of Australia's leading logistics service providers.

David earned Bachelor of Engineering (with Hons) and Bachelor of Science degrees from Monash University, and an MBA (with Distinction) from Melbourne Business School.
