Kentaro Aramaki, based in Tokyo, focused on Egon Zehnder’s Health Practice in Japan, and conducts executive search and management appraisal for many global and local healthcare companies. Previously, Kentaro was an Associate Principal with McKinsey & Company where he worked with governments and multinational companies on senior management issues including corporate strategy development, M&A, and organizational design, while based in Japan, Korea, the US, and the Netherlands.

Kentaro earned BS and MS degrees in Mechanical Engineering from University of Tokyo. He currently serves as a visiting associate professor at the graduate school of Globis University, where he teaches logical/strategic thinking.
