Kim Henderson, a founding member of Egon Zehnder’s Washington DC office, is a leader in the Consumer Practice, where she focuses on hospitality, media and entertainment. Kim is also a core member of the firm’s Technology and Communications Practice, and is active in the Chief Information Officer Practice. She advises clients on executive searches as well as management appraisals, and provides board advisory services.More
Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Kim spent the majority of her professional career in management consulting and consumer financial services. Kim served as Senior Director of Professional Services at the Corporate Executive Board, where she was responsible for building the sales effectiveness consulting practice while advising clients on assessment, selection, talent development and sales strategy. Previously, she worked in the Global Client Group at American Express in London, where she was responsible for negotiating global card acceptance agreements and partnerships with multinational hospitality clients. Kim began her career as an analyst with Paine Webber in New York, where she focused on financing, credit rating and M&A advisory for REIT clients.
Kim earned a BS in Finance from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia, and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
