Kim Henderson, a founding member of Egon Zehnder’s Washington, D.C. office, leads the Hospitality, Travel & Entertainment Practice in North America and is a core member of the Consumer Practice Group. She counsels hospitality, retail and restaurant clients and has expertise in executive search, management appraisal and board advisory services. Kim is also a leader in the Technology Officers practice.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Kim was Senior Director of Professional Services at the Corporate Executive Board, where she was responsible for building the sales effectiveness consulting practice. Previously, she worked in the Global Client Group at American Express in London and was responsible for negotiating global card acceptance agreements and partnerships with multinational hospitality clients. Kim began her career as an analyst with Paine Webber in New York.
Kim has a BS in finance from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Kim is a dual citizen of the U.S. and U.K. She has two daughters, and when she’s not playing with Legos, braiding hair, and helping with math homework, she enjoys yoga, tennis, cooking, and running.
