I love serving as an advisor and confidante to some of the world’s smartest and most talented leaders. I have the great privilege of identifying and unlocking potential in established executives and future leaders.
Kim joined Egon Zehnder in 2014 as the first consultant in the Washington, D.C. office and quickly became a prominent member of the Consumer and Services practices. Before that, she was the Senior Director of Professional Services at Corporate Executive Board (now CEB Inc.), building that firm’s commercial effectiveness consulting practice. Earlier, Kim worked in the Global Client Group at American Express in London with responsibility for negotiating global card acceptance agreements and partnerships with multinational hospitality clients. She began her career as an analyst with Paine Webber in New York.
Kim earned a BS in finance from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School. She has two teenage daughters and, when not attempting to help them with math homework and driving them to soccer practice and cheer competitions, she enjoys playing tennis, cooking, reading, yoga, and running.
