Sophie Hanson, based in London, co-leads the firm’s global Retail, Apparel and Luxury Practice Group. Sophie focuses on senior level executive search engagements as well as Board mandates for private equity-backed, publicly-quoted, and family-owned companies. She also advises clients on leadership assessment and development.


Prior to joining EZI, Sophie worked in fashion apparel with Stella McCartney as the Director of Marketing and Business Development. Previously, Sophie worked in the luxury goods and cosmetics sectors as Marketing Services Director at Alfred Dunhill Ltd, and the Director of Fragrance Marketing at Guerlain Ltd. Sophie held a variety of marketing roles at Revlon in her early career.

Sophie has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Barnard College at Columbia University
