Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Todd was a Principal with Bain & Company, where he led numerous engagements in the energy sector, with a particular emphasis on upstream and oilfield services. Todd’s work included strategy, organization design, performance improvement, and a significant number of private due diligence assignments, as well as contributing to Bain’s Global Integrated Energy Point of View. Todd started his career with the Corporate Executive Board, a leading member services advisory firm, where he advised clients in the supply chain and procurement functions. Later, Todd moved to the firm’s new product development team to help launch new memberships in the human resources, IT, and finance areas.

Todd earned a BA in Public Policy from Brown University and an MBA with concentrations in Strategy and Finance from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
