Ingrid van den Maegdenbergh is based in our Amsterdam office. She works on leadership projects, with special expertise in Board, Consumer and Agri. Ingrid is a trusted senior advisor to public corporations, family companies, and private equity companies across the global consumer DTC space. She works closely with Boards, CEOs, CFOs and CHROs on succession projects as well as individual and team leadership development projects. She is also a member of Egon Zehnder’s global Executive Committee.

Together is better! In this world of volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity, digitalization brings excitement and also confusion. It is critical to leverage each individual’s strengths and be empathetic and generous. No one has it all.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Ingrid spent 13 years in commercial and marketing roles at Procter & Gamble. She worked internationally across most of P&G’s categories and brands, including Pampers, Max Factor and Gillette.

Ingrid earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Nyenrode University (cum laude) and a Master’s in Business Economics from Maastricht University (cum laude) When not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three teenage daughters.
