Silvia Rapallo, based in Rome, co-leads Egon Zehnder’s global Technology Practice and is also an active member of the Firm’s Technology Officers practice group. In addition to executive search and board consulting, she provides leadership advisory services including management assessment, individual and collective development journeys, and accelerated integration support for executives transitioning to new roles.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Silvia held several executive roles at Wind Telecommunications in Italy. Previously, she was an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company, leading strategy, sales & marketing, and operations engagements for telecoms, technology and media clients in Europe, South America, and the Middle East.
Silvia earned an MSc (summa cum laude) in mechanical engineering from the University of Genoa and an MBA from INSEAD in France. She is an avid reader, a passionate traveller (having visited 85+ countries in the world), a sports fan and a convinced supporter and mentor to young female leaders.

Silvia was a semi-professional volleyball player for 15 years and now enjoys tennis, scuba diving, and beach volleyball.
