Wan May is Managing Partner for Egon Zehnder in Singapore. She focuses on C-suite and board succession including search, assessment and development of leaders. The practice in Singapore serves clients across sectors including Wealth and Asset Management, Insurance, Health, Technology, Industrial, Transport and Logistics, Hospitality, Real Estate and Professional Services. Wan May's key clients range from Private Capital sector to Consumer business expanding in the region and globally. Her work as an accredited coach and team facilitator spans multiple sectors. She has a personal passion is in supporting C-level leaders and boards in their transformation and development.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Wan May was with a private investment group in Shanghai. Previously, she served as the Business Development Director for Reckitt Benckiser in China and in the UK.
Wan May is a Non-Executive Director on the Singapore Civil Service College Board. She took a scholarship with Singapore Press Holdings and read Philosophy Politics and Economics at Oxford University, followed by an MBA at INSEAD in France.
