Joseph Kusia is a Melbourne-based consultant active in Egon Zehnder’s Financial Services, Real Estate, and Public & Social Sectors practice groups. Before joining Egon Zehnder, Joseph was an equity analyst at Goldman Sachs in Melbourne, covering leading infrastructure and industrial companies across Australia and New Zealand. Prior to that, he served as an economic policy analyst in the Australian Federal Government, contributing to infrastructure and housing policy at the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet and the Department of Infrastructure. He began his career at PwC as a graduate consultant and gained early professional experience in his family’s property investment and development business.
Joseph holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws from Monash University, an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and a Master in Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School. Outside of work, he enjoys travelling, reading fiction, playing piano, sports, and spending time with family and friends. He is an enthusiastic runner and a lifelong football fan.
