Nikki Dawson, based in Sydney, specializes in Leadership Assessment and Development, with experience across multiple sectors including professional services, government, mining and banking. She is an active member of the Firm’s global Executive Assessment and Development Practice.

I feel honoured to spend so much time getting to know these people so well, and helping them evolve and continue to grow whilst on their leadership journey.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Nikki was Director of Professional Development at McKinsey & Company, based in Sydney. Previous roles include Business Development Manager at Perks at Work (San Francisco); Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company (Sydney, London, and San Francisco); Investment Banking Analyst at CS First Boston (Melbourne, Sydney); and Graduate Economist at the Reserve Bank of Australia (Sydney).
