Arnaud Tesson, based in Boston, leads Egon Zehnder’s U.S. Asset Management Practice and helps clients navigate that industry’s ongoing transformation. He is very active in the firm’s Board Advisory Practice, counseling clients on CEO succession, board recruiting, and board effectiveness, and in the Leadership Solutions space where he advises clients on executive development, team effectiveness and organizational transformation.
It’s all about the individuals we work with. I love finding out what drives them, what their personal and professional challenges are, and how to help them achieve their goals.
Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Arnaud held various management roles at Capital One, including Country Manager for France and Director of Marketing and Analysis for several business lines in the U.S. and internationally. Earlier, Arnaud was a consultant at Bain & Company, based in Boston and Hong Kong, advising financial services, retail, and high-tech clients on strategy. He began his career as an investment banker in Paris and London.
Arnaud earned undergraduate degrees in business and business law from Paris Dauphine University, and in economy and finance from the Paris Institute of Political Studies (Sciences Po). He also obtained an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. He is passionate about preserving our environment and serves on the Board of Overseers of the New England Aquarium. He lives in Newton, MA, and when not working, likes to travel, cook, scuba dive, play soccer, and solve New York Times crossword puzzles.
