A seasoned consultant, he leverages his extensive technology sales and consulting experience to help clients confront the relentless pace of technological change and disruption and address leadership and team effectiveness challenges as a crucial prerequisite for successfully transforming their businesses. Dan is a trusted advisor to clients on recruiting capable individuals for executive roles including those of CEO, President/GM, Chief Revenue Officer and marketing officer.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Dan was VP for Strategic Partnerships and then was Chief Revenue Officer of RallyPoint Networks, Inc. near Boston. That was preceded by the role of Solution Principal at Slalom Consulting in Boston, with responsibility for growing its Boston CRM practice through sales, thought leadership and delivery activities. Before that, Dan was at Accenture, also in Boston, as senior manager selling and delivering global CRM transformations and a subject matter expert for sales transformation, b2b marketing, and digital selling. Earlier, he spent nearly 16 years at Sales Research Institute, Inc., serving successively as Senior Partner and CEO.
Dan earned a BA in economics from the University of Florida and an MBA from Babson College. Outside work, he is active in community service as a Little League Baseball and youth basketball coach.
