Vinicius Francisco, based in São Paulo, is a consultant in Egon Zehnder’s Industrial Practice Group, serving clients in a wide variety of sectors. In addition, he has a particular focus in agriculture and Supply & Operations Officers, working on executive search, executive assessment, and development mandates. He places strong emphasis on understanding clients’ businesses and challenges upfront, enabling him to act as a trusted advisor on talent strategies.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder in 2021, Vinicius led operations and supply chain practices at a renowned multinational recruitment company and served as a partner at a boutique firm focused on technical search mandates. Earlier in his career, he worked in manufacturing, leading Lean Six Sigma projects across consumer and capital goods industries.
Vinicius holds a degree in Production Engineering from the Federal University of São Carlos and an MBA from IESE Business School, University of Navarra (Spain). Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with his family and is actively involved in supporting education-focused NGOs.
