Based in Shanghai, Tiffany Qiang works for clients in Greater China as an active member of Egon Zehnder’s Consumer and Technology practices. She is prized by both locally operating and multinational companies for her ability to draw on her deep industry experience to help them identify and develop prime candidates for senior executive positions. Tiffany is also experienced in supporting fast-growing Chinese corporations navigate IPOs, mergers and acquisitions.

Before coming to Egon Zehnder, most recently Tiffany was the Board Secretary and Head of Strategy at Beijing Fotoable Technology, a leading casual gaming company. Prior to that, she founded and ran her own financial consulting company in Shanghai and Beijing for several years. That was preceded by the position of VP for Corporate Strategy at Taomee Entertainment in Shanghai leading their US listing process. Tiffany launched her management career as a VP at Qiming Venture Partners in Shanghai, which invests in young, fast-growing Chinese companies across the media and entertainment, consumer, internet and technology sectors.
Tiffany earned a B.Sc. in electrical engineering from Tsinghua University and an M.Sc. in management science and engineering from Stanford University before completing a two-year financial management training program at General Electric. Outside work she is an avid yoga practitioner and art lover and likes to recharge her batteries by engaging in outdoor activities.
