Martin Nordestgaard Knudsen co-leads Egon Zehnder’s partnership with Mobius Executive Leadership focused on unlocking transformation through bespoke development programs. Being passionate about the human dimension of leadership, he advises boards and CEOs on a wide array of people decisions from Team Effectiveness, Executive Appointments and Talent Management Strategy to CEO Succession Planning. Combining business experience, talent-advisory expertise and coaching skills, Martin helps leaders through critical transitions by unleashing their full potential and become a bigger version of themselves. He led Egon Zehnder’s Technology & Communications Practice in Europe for almost a decade and serves global tech enterprises and growth companies as well as Scandinavian companies in Financial Services.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Martin was Product and Marketing Manager with Johnson & Johnson, based in Stockholm. Previously, he was a Consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton and Netdecsions. Martin began his career as a Project Manager for Jebsen & Jessen, based in Singapore.
Martin has a BSc in business administration and commercial law from Copenhagen Business School and an MBA from IESE in Barcelona, Spain. He bikes to the office year-round and is passionate about travel to remote places.
