Having led Egon Zehnder’s Technology & Communications Practice in Europe for almost a decade, he also has a natural passion for serving global tech enterprises and growth companies as well as Scandinavian companies.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Martin was Product and Marketing Manager with Johnson & Johnson, based in Stockholm. Previously, he was a Consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton and Netdecsions. Martin began his career as a Project Manager for Jebsen & Jessen, based in Singapore.
Martin has a BSc in business administration and commercial law from Copenhagen Business School and an MBA from IESE in Barcelona, Spain. He bikes to the office year-round and is passionate about travel to remote places.
