Leadership is more than a set of competencies; it’s those qualities deep within a person’s heart that enable them to be humble and authentic leaders. My job is to help those qualities emerge.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Allison was a Consultant for Pearson Partners working across all CXO functions, specializing in health, consumer products, and private equity. Before repatriating to the United States, Allison worked for the Swiss-based offices of Authentic Language Experience (ALE Method), in corporate training and coaching. Previously she worked in manufacturing, supply chain, and distribution in the retail space in both England and Denmark. Earlier in her career, Allison established her own search firm, where she worked with clients including Accenture, KPMG, PWC, and USWeb.

Allison has a BA in History and in French Literature from Georgetown University and an MBA from the University of Texas, Dallas.
