Brian Reinken is a leader in the CEO and Board practices at Egon Zehnder, with vast experience across the consumer and technology sectors and a particular specialization in retail, consumer technologies, private equity, and digital disruption. In his just over 20-year tenure with the firm, he has developed deep relationships with CEOs and directors of the world’s leading brands, guiding their CEO, C-suite, and board succession planning. Brian founded the Dallas office and has served in a variety of leadership roles, including Managing Partner of the U.S. Practice from 2005 to 2010. He is an advocate for diversity and leads the firm’s Leaders & Daughters global event series, aimed at developing the next generation of female leaders.
I am blessed every day with the opportunity to have a significant impact on people’s lives and their aspirations – this could be a first time CEO, a successful founder transition, or a leader with a mission to change the world. My joy comes from making other people successful.
Before joining Egon Zehnder, Brian was a Director with Compaq Computer (now HP), where he led the development of Compaq.com. Prior to that, he was a Senior Consultant with Gemini Consulting. He began his career with Amoco Corporation (now BP) in Chicago.
