Brian Reinken is a leader in the CEO and Board practices at Egon Zehnder, with vast experience across the consumer and technology sectors and a particular specialization in retail, consumer technologies, private equity, and digital disruption. In his 18-year tenure with the firm, he has developed deep relationships with CEOs and directors of the world’s leading brands, guiding their CEO, C-suite, and board succession planning. Brian founded the Dallas office and has served in a variety of leadership roles, including Managing Partner of the U.S. Practice from 2005 to 2010. He is an advocate for diversity and leads the firm’s Leaders & Daughters global event series, aimed at developing the next generation of female leaders.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Brian was a Director with Compaq Computer (now HP), where he led the development of Compaq.com. Prior to that, he was a Senior Consultant with Gemini Consulting. He began his career with Amoco Corporation (now BP) in Chicago.
Brian earned a BA in finance from the University of Texas and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He serves on the board of directors of SOS Children’s Villages USA, the largest organization devoted to the care of orphaned and abandoned children around the world. Brian loves spending time with his wife and seven children, three of whom are in college and one who was adopted from an orphanage in Ukraine. His passions include guitar, college football, and the Caribbean.
