Rodolfo Elizondo, based in Dallas, is active across Egon Zehnder’s Services and Technology & Communication Practice Groups with a particular focus on travel, hospitality and leisure, and professional services. He is a valued advisor to clients worldwide, leveraging his deep industry experience to help them formulate business, digital and marketing strategies and fill key executive positions.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Rodolfo served as the VP of Global Business Consulting at Amex Global Business Travel (GBT) in New York and New Jersey. Before that he performed various functions at Sabre Airlines Solutions in Dallas, including advising airlines globally and leading several related consulting practices. That was preceded by the role of VP of Direct Distribution Channels at a full-service Mexican airline, which included responsibility for its website, call centers and ticket offices, cost strategies and global distribution relationships. Rodolfo also worked as an associate consultant at McKinsey & Co. He began his career in strategy and commercial roles for a hotel company active across Latin America.
Rodolfo earned a BS in Economics from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México and an MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Outside work, Rodolfo loves good food, cycling and spending time with his wife and two kids.
