Based in Dallas, Taylor Overstreet is active in Egon Zehnder’s Health and Technology Officers practices. She is a trusted advisor to clients, drawing on 10-plus years of management experience in leadership consulting, healthcare, and technology. Taylor’s specialty is working with executives to create roadmaps for organizational transformation while operationalizing their companies’ vision and strategy. This includes helping them implement changes to their organizational or structural design, bolster leadership development offerings and capabilities, and accelerate the onboarding of key management recruits.
I have a passion for making connections, identifying possibilities, and seeing talented leaders thrive in the right positions, which I believe is a key ingredient of organizational success.
Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Taylor was with the THEO Executive Group―a boutique leadership and transformational advisory firm that works to create vibrant institutional cultures in the healthcare industry―in roles that included the Director of Operations and Business Development and Director of Client Relationship Development. That was preceded by work as a Client Manager at IBM, winning the premier “Golden Circle” award that is bestowed on the top 1% of that company’s sales professionals. Earlier, Taylor coordinated nationwide social and humanitarian service projects in Argentina for Cru, a nonprofit organization with its national headquarters in Buenos Aires.
Taylor earned a BA in Spanish and art history from Vanderbilt University in Nashville and an MA in religion and cultures from the Covenant Theological Seminary in St. Louis. She is passionate about serving her community by supporting local nonprofits and her church, and was a Mercy Street mentor for seven years. Outside work, Taylor’s interests include yoga, visiting museums and art galleries, photography, and traveling to other countries. Besides English, she speaks fluent Spanish.
