Connect With Me

Meriem Ould-Rouis is a core member of Egon Zehnder’s Industrial, Services and Leadership Advisory practices. She advises private or public investors, owners, boards and CEOs on a variety of leadership issues including CEO succession, board hiring, executive recruitment, talent development and team dynamics. A French and Algerian national, she also has experience working in the North African and sub-Saharan francophone regions.

To me there is nothing more rewarding than seeing a client take a new, more purposeful, more inspiring and eventually more successful direction thanks to our collective work.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Meriem was an Engagement Manager with McKinsey & Company, based in Paris, where she worked with financial services and retail clients. Previously, she was Corporate Technical Director at the steelmaker Wheelabrator Allevard, now Winoa. Earlier, she was Production Manager with the aluminum company Péchiney.

Meriem has an MBA from INSEAD, an MSc from the Ecole des Mines de Paris, and an MSc from Ecole Polytechnique, France.
