Juho Kettunen, based in Helsinki, is an active member of Egon Zehnder’s Financial Services, Private Capital, and Defense practices. The experience Juho gained during his own successful business career prior to becoming a consultant enables him to shed light on stumbling blocks and windows of opportunity as only an insider can.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Juho was responsible for large corporate business at the LocalTapiola Finance Group, a role in which he achieved considerable success. Prior to that, he spent several years at Varma pension insurance company in roles ranging from client executive to head of large corporate business. Juho began his career at a destination management company in Northern Finland.
He received an MMSc in Management and Organizational Culture from the National Defense University of Finland in Helsinki and completed the Executive Program at the London Business School. He and his wife—an entrepreneur in her own right, leading a 50-year-old family-owned ceramics company—have two daughters. In his spare time, Juho enjoys skiing, hunting, spending time outdoors, and reading about business.
