Strategy execution by senior management is the true predictor of company performance. As a management consultant, I enjoy adding to the debate and connecting people on my home turf: the infrastructure sector.
Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Paul was Head of Research and a Board Director at Arbuthnot Securities. Previously, he was a Partner at Cazenove and Co. and a Director of Corporate Finance and Global Equities. He also ran a research department and led a private placement business within the corporate finance sector.
Paul has an MA from Oxford University and an MBA from Manchester Business School. He regularly writes briefings that highlight global talent trends and issues in the infrastructure asset class. In his free time, he enjoys playing tennis, modern art, and walking along the Cornish cliffs.
