As Egon Zehnder’s Industrial Practice Leader for North America, German Herrera works closely with boards and CEOs on succession strategies, recruiting, assessing, and retaining leadership talent. German focuses on the broad industrial sector, which includes manufacturing, business-to-business services, and energy companies across North America. He established and led the firm’s Miami office for nine years, working closely with multinational companies, family-owned businesses, and private equity firms. He also played a foundational role in opening the firm’s office in Bogotá, Colombia.
I enjoy helping people achieve their larger purpose, see past the day-to-day, become better leaders, and be happier.
