Sasank Kumar based in New Delhi, advises clients on talent strategy, CEO succession, and talent retention. Sasank is also active in the Services, Supply Chain, and Family Business Advisory practices, with particular expertise in auto components, energy, CleanTech, and telecommunications.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Sasank was Managing Director and Head of Worldwide Customer Operations at Deeya Energy in Gurgaon, India. Earlier, he held general management and leadership roles at Nokia. Sasank has set up world-class manufacturing facilities in India for Whirlpool, Diageo, and Ballarpur Industries.

Sasank has a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors from Hindu College at Delhi University, a master’s in management as a Sloan Fellow at the London Business School, and a master’s in management from XLRI in Jamshedpur, India. He is an amateur photographer who enjoys nature, wildlife, and long road trips with friends and family.
