Smriti Vicari leads Egon Zehnder’s North American fintech practice, and is also active in our broader financial services, Board and CFO practices. She supports large, global businesses and disruptive scale-ups alike in identifying and nurturing high-quality, transformational leaders.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Smriti worked at Visa Europe, where she successfully led the Strategy and Corporate Development team, served as Chief of Staff to the European CEO, and built up the FinTech & Strategic Partnerships division. Before that she worked in several global financial institutions including State Street Bank and Moody’s Investors Service.
Smriti earned a BSc in finance from the University of Southern California and an MBA from London Business School.
