Based in New York, Zachary Pomerantz is active in Egon Zehnder’s Real Estate Services, Travel & Hospitality, and Sustainability practices. He draws on extensive hands-on experience operating and optimizing large real estate portfolios across multiple asset classes – including office, retail, medical, net lease, and residential – to generate long-term shareholder value. Zachary is by nature a network builder and connector, working with diverse groups of individuals to find and forge creative solutions.
Hospitality is my guiding principle and building life-long relationships is my passion. I’m driven by a strong desire to apply my personal and professional experience to find solutions for stakeholders globally.
Before joining Egon Zehnder, Zachary was the Senior Vice President in charge of asset management at AR Global. Prior to that, he held the role of Asset Manager at ProMed Properties, and earlier was responsible for managing residential and commercial assets at Olshan Properties.
Zachary earned a BS in hotel administration from the Cornell Nolan School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University. He has been involved in and held leadership roles at various organizations, including the Juilliard Club, the American Museum of Natural History Junior Council, and the James Beard Foundation. Zachary also belongs to the Cornell Hotel Society and was formerly a member of the VTS retail advisory board.
