Drawing on over a decade of experience leading people and culture strategies across startups and a post-IPO firm, he helps clients build inspiring, high-impact leadership teams aligned with business goals and purpose.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Kinam led people and culture strategies across diverse tech environments, from early-stage startups to a post-IPO firm—always with a focus on leadership development, culture transformation, and performance alignment. His background includes serving as CHRO of Lunit, as Global Head of People Operations at Sendbird, and as Head of People & Culture at Bucketplace. He began his career as a research associate at Korn Ferry, where he led C-suite and senior executive searches across Korea’s industrial and tech sectors.
Kinam holds a BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from KAIST. Having lived in six countries across North and South America, Europe, and Asia, he brings a global perspective on leadership and culture. He is fluent in Korean, English, and Spanish and has a passion for traveling the world with his wife.
