Andrzej Pająk is a leadership advisor at Egon Zehnder, specializing in executive search, leadership assessment and the development of senior leaders in complex and transformation-heavy environments. He works closely with CEOs and leadership teams across industries, with particular deep experience in Consumer, Retail and Industrial sectors, to identify, assess and develop leaders who can translate strategy into tangible business results. A significant part of his work focuses on leadership assessment, succession planning and executive development. Andrzej helps organizations identify high-potential leaders, strengthen leadership capability and build robust succession pipelines to ensure long-term performance. Before joining Egon Zehnder, Andrzej was a Partner at EY, where he operated across Warsaw, London and Zurich as part of the EMEIA Transformation Center, leading complex transformation programs across Europe. His work focused on improving operational performance, supply chain effectiveness and organizational capability, including initiatives exceeding USD 30 million in investment and delivering more than USD 50 million in recurring annual savings. He worked extensively with organizations in the Consumer Products, Retail and Industrial sectors, supporting large-scale transformation and performance improvement initiatives. Earlier in his career, Andrzej held operational roles at Procter & Gamble, where he led manufacturing and process improvement initiatives in highly demanding production environments. This experience allows him to act as a practical sparring partner to executives navigating complex change, bridging leadership decisions with real-world execution.
He holds an Executive MBA from IE Business School and a Technology MBA from Hult International Business School, complemented by executive education at MIT. Andrzej is also certified in program management, change management, Lean and human resources, reflecting his multidisciplinary approach to leadership and transformation.
