Connect With Me

Marta Sobiecka, based in Warsaw, focuses on executive and board-level topics, including management team composition, leadership development journeys, and organizational and cultural transformation. She partners with senior leaders and institutions navigating change, strengthening leadership capabilities, and aligning organizational structures and culture with strategic ambitions.

Navigating today’s business challenges requires both strategic insight and the right leaders. For me, leadership is a discipline, not a slogan.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Marta worked at Boston Consulting Group, where she specialized in developing growth strategies and designing target operating models for complex multinational organizations, particularly within the Financial Services sector. Her earlier experience includes roles at Aviva in Poland and the United Kingdom, where she focused on strategy, marketing, and market analytics. She began her career as a lawyer, specializing in employment law in both Polish and international law firms.

Marta holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Warsaw and a Master’s degree in Quantitative Methods in Economics and Information Systems from the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH). She also earned a Bachelor’s degree in International Economics from SGH and completed executive education programs at The Wharton School and the London School of Economics, covering business analytics, managerial finance, and management.
