Connect With Me

Paweł Baranowski, based in Warsaw, is a trusted advisor on executive search, management appraisal and leadership consulting. He is active in Egon Zehnder’s Consumer and Industrial practices.

I love meeting remarkable people who are at a crossroads in their professional and personal lives. I truly believe that ‘who’ decisions are the cornerstone of successful organizations. It is my privilege to be a part of those decisions.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Paweł was a Country Manager of the Nordic cluster at Avon. He is also a digital entrepreneur who founded a successful e-commerce company in Poland. Paweł began his career at the Boston Consulting Group, where he worked with leading consumer goods and financial services corporations in Poland, Russia, Italy, and Hungary.

Paweł has an MA in finance and banking from the Warsaw School of Economics. He also studied psychology at Warsaw University and completed an executive education program with the Boston Consulting Group. He enjoys spending time with his three young sons, restoring classic cars, and reading.
