Utilizing the framework from Erica Ariel Fox’s New York Times bestselling book, “Winning from Within,” participants will be introduced to the “Big Four” and Transformers to better understand their leadership repertoire.
The Executive Discovery program deepens leaders' self-awareness and supports their personal development, becoming the leader needed for their team and organization.
Led by Egon Zehnder and Mobius’s top faculty, including Mobius CEO Amy Elizabeth Fox, the Executive Discovery Program is for senior executives currently serving in or aspiring to C-suite roles, and high-potential leaders of organizations readying to assume more responsibility.
