Benjamin, based in Düsseldorf, leverages his extensive leadership experience in both large multinationals as well as international start-ups to provide a full range of talent strategy consulting services and global executive searches. He is an active member of the German and European Consumer and Services Practice Group with a focus on Digital, Sales and Marketing work.


Before joining Egon Zehnder, Benjamin cofounded and later on exited successfully Innosquared, a globally active provider of knowledge services. As Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, he was ultimately responsible for the company's top-line growth. Prior to that, Benjamin held a leadership role in the Group Strategy Unit at Henkel, while doubling as the assistant to the company's CEO. During that period he helped implementing major transformation activities, including growth, portfolio, performance culture and diversity projects. Earlier in his career, he worked as in-house consultant in France, Sweden and the UK.

Benjamin obtained a business degree (Diplom-Kaufmann) from the University of Cologne, Germany, and earned a Master’s in International Management (MIM / CEMS) at HSG in St. Gallen, Switzerland and the University of Cologne.
