Mathilde Cazenave is the Managing Partner for Egon Zehnder in France, based in Paris. She advises board members, CEOs, and senior executives on leadership development, executive and non-executive search, and strategic advisory assignments. She previously co-led Egon Zehnder’s EMEA Consumer Practice, bringing deep expertise in fashion and lifestyle, beauty and personal care, food and beverage and omnichannel retail. Driven by a passion for creativity and transformation, Mathilde is a trusted advisor to multinational corporations, family-owned businesses and, med-sized companies.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Mathilde served Senior Vice President of Retail and Franchise for Europe and the Middle East at Marc Jacobs International. She spent a decade at Louis Vuitton and within LVMH’s fashion division, where she held roles in retail operations and customer experience, finance, and corporate strategy. Mathilde began her career at the Boston Consulting Group, focusing on the consumer goods and retail sectors.
Mathilde holds a master’s degree in management from HEC Paris. Outside of work, she enjoys design, contemporary art, mountain hiking, and joyful gatherings with friends and family.
