Welcome to the Search 2.0 Index, a free, no strings attached, confidential self-diagnostic for your organization to take stock of where it currently stands vis-à-vis best-in-class recommendations under Search 2.0. The index concludes in a total score of between 0-100, broken down into category and itemized scores to allow for a precise assessment of how superior performance can be unlocked. It also has a section on the status of cognitive biases in your talent decisions, and analysis on the breadth and depth of your efforts in addressing underrepresentation.

To participate, please submit an application by filling out the details on the right. All information submitted will be handled in accordance with Egon Zehnder’s global client and candidate data protection standards. ​

Once approved, you will receive an email with more information, including a unique link that you and your colleagues can use to participate in the survey.

Some organizations, on account of their scale and scope, may wish to request multiple surveys e.g., for a particular business unit / division, subsidiary or portfolio company, geography, etc. In this case, multiple survey requests can be made using the same form.
