Previously, Katharina served as a Leadership Advisory Services Expert Principal at Egon Zehnder. Prior to that, she worked as a consultant and project leader at McKinsey & Company and as a consultant at fors.earth, a sustainability-focused consultancy.
Katharina holds a PhD in Complexity Sciences from Imperial College London, an MSc in Ecology from Umeå University in Sweden, and dual undergraduate degrees in Mathematics from TU Munich and Geography from LMU Munich. She is certified in systemic coaching, psychodynamic and team coaching, and is trained in mindfulness practices and the full Hogan suite. Outside of work, Katharina enjoys singing in choirs, hiking, and practicing yoga and meditation. She is active in ThinkTank30, the youth network of the German Club of Rome, where she organizes salon evenings.

Katharina Brinck hat einen Doktortitel in Komplexitätswissenschaften vom Imperial College London, einen Master of Science in Ökologie von der Universität Umeå in Schweden und zwei Bachelor-Abschlüsse in Mathematik von der TU München und in Geografie von der LMU München. Sie ist zertifiziert in systemischem Coaching, psychodynamischem und Team-Coaching und ausgebildet in Achtsamkeitspraktiken und der gesamten Hogan-Suite. Außerhalb der Arbeit singt Katharina Brinck im Chor, wandert und praktiziert Yoga und Meditation.
