Raphaël Czuwak is Managing Partner for Egon Zehnder in France and member of the Board of Directors of Egon Zehnder. Previously, he led the Firm’s global Financial Services Practice. He joined the firm in 2001. Over this period, he has conducted many executive searches, across countries, as well as leadership development interventions in the field of assessment, development and coaching of senior executives and teams.

Supporting leaders, teams, and organizations to accomplish their goals as professionals and, even more important, as human beings, is what drives me. Because leadership is an art, it requires innovation, excellence, and generosity.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder in 2001, Raphaël advised financial institutions as a Consultant with McKinsey & Company, based in Paris and Warsaw. Previously, he worked in structured finance at Banque Indosuez in Paris.

Raphaël has a BA in business economics from ESCP Europe in Paris and an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France. He is married with three children and composes music for piano and orchestra in his spare time.
