On May 29th 2023, Egon Zehnder hosted a new version of our Leaders & Daughters event in São Paulo, bringing together over a hundred leaders and their daughters and mentees for an inspiring evening. 

Our event was moderated by journalist Natuza Nery from Grupo Globo, brought together senior executives Luciana Antonini Ribeiro, co-founder of eB Capital; Talita Lacerda, CEO of Petlove; and Natalia Paiva, founder of Alandar Consultoria em Políticas Públicas, and had a panel discussion on the impact young leadership will have on the future of companies and society. 

We are very grateful for everyone who attended this year’s Leaders & Daughters, and we look forward to nurturing the discussion about how younger generations will write the new chapter of organizations.
