Based in Atlanta, Jenna Gebel Chaiken is active in Egon Zehnder’s Human Resources and Executive Assessment & Development practices. She is a trusted advisor to human resource executives, and her expertise extends across leadership development, C-suite succession, talent management, cultural transformation, and team effectiveness.
I love working closely with talented leaders to better understand the issues and opportunities they face. It’s always rewarding to help them become more effective and in turn, witness the ripple effect that they can unleash within an organization.
Before joining Egon Zehnder, Jenna served as Group Director at World 50, leading two private, invite-only communities of global CHROs and high potential executives from Fortune 500 companies. Prior to that, she spent time at The Coca-Cola Company where she contributed to both the global sustainability and communications teams. Jenna launched her career at Goodwill Industries International as the National Resource Development Manager where she executed special projects for the CEO and led the organization’s corporate funding initiatives.
Jenna earned a BS in marketing and international business from the R.H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School. Most recently, she added to these credentials an executive coaching diploma from the Goizueta School at Emory University. On her own time, she is an active board member of the African Middle Eastern Leadership (AMEL) Project and helps teens in the Atlanta area as a big sister mentor. Jenna also enjoys hiking with her husband, practicing yoga, swimming, and immersing herself in good books.
