Based in Beijing, Eva Wang is an active member of Egon Zehnder’s Digital and Executive Assessment and Development practices. She is a trusted advisor on talent strategy and recruitment for digital transformation, in addition to providing leadership assessment and development services to fast-growing companies.

Before working at Egon Zehnder, Eva was Amazon’s Head of Customer Experience and Strategy for China and India. Prior to that, she served as the Senior Manager of Business Analytics at Baidu.com, where she managed a team that provided data services to commercial clients and led the development and launch of a data-based product. Earlier, she was an Analyst, Associate, and Junior Engagement Manager at McKinsey focusing on health care and financial institutions.
Eva earned a BA and MA in economics from Tsinghua University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She loves her son and daughter and also enjoys reading and writing and spending time with friends. Eva is passionate about applying advanced education technologies and methods in rural areas to reduce inequality.
