Diana Rodríguez is a consultant based in Bogotá, Colombia. At Egon Zehnder, she focuses on executive succession, board effectiveness, and organizational transformation, particularly in family-owned businesses. She helps organizations shape their leadership and governance structures, ensuring that they adopt a strategic forward-looking approach to talent and leadership, whether through internal development or external hiring.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Diana spent over 16 years at McKinsey & Company. She focused her work on organizational design, talent management, and cultural transformation, advising clients across the Americas. She built and led McKinsey’s OrgSolutions team in Latin America and played a key role in shaping governance models, digital talent strategies, and operating model transformations for leading organizations. Diana also has experience in strategy, operations, M&A and business development from her early career.
Diana holds a dual Degree in Economics and Business Administration from Universidad de Los Andes and an MBA from IE Business School. Outside of work, Diana loves traveling and exploring new cultures and cuisines. She has worked with clients in over a dozen countries and visited more than 20 others for leisure. Above all, she enjoys spending time with her family and embracing adventures with her three young sons.
