Tom Haswell, based in Boston, is a Consultant at Egon Zehnder’s Health Practice Group. Prior to becoming a Consultant, Tom spent over five years as a member of Egon Zehnder’s research team, rising to Research Principal and Practice Specialist for the North America Health Practice. Earlier, he worked at Coulter Partners, a boutique executive search firm specializing in life sciences. Tom began his career in the R&D team at The Binding Site (now part of Thermo Fisher Scientific).
Tom holds a Bachelor of Medical Science (BMedSc) from the University of Birmingham in the UK and is currently completing an MBA in Health Sector Management at Boston University’s Questrom School of Business. Outside of work, he enjoys cycling and running with his wife, and he is an avid Seattle Mariners and Hull City fan.
