Before joining Egon Zehnder, Rachel was an Investment Banker at Bear Stearns. She then transitioned into the semiconductor industry at Texas Instruments, holding global operational and financial leadership roles across front end and back end manufacturing, as well as the embedded processing and analog businesses. Rachel also served as CFO of an early-stage technology company.
Rachel holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting from Indiana University and an MBA from the University of Texas. She is also a graduate of Leadership Women – Americas and Texas, underscoring her commitment to continued growth, learning, and leadership excellence. Rachel is dedicated to advancing the next generation of semiconductor leadership and splits her time between Dallas and Palo Alto, advising clients globally.
