Sari Ståhlberg is active in Egon Zehnder’s Executive Search, Assessment & Development, and Leadership Solutions Practices. She uses her experience from transformational companies and industries to help clients make the best leadership hiring and succession planning decisions and to help them drive team effectiveness and cultural transformation within their organizations. Based in Helsinki, she is passionate about technology, telecommunications and digital industries. She also believes strongly in the power and importance of diversity and inclusion within organizations.

I believe it is the individuals that make a difference in a company. It’s why we need great leaders; to empower everyone—regardless of their role in the organization—to be a force for good.

Sari was previously a Senior Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Co. and a Vice President at Microsoft Inc. and Nokia Corp. She started her career by working at a telco operator and launching a small consultancy in Helsinki, focusing on customer relationship management and digitalization. She holds a master’s degree in engineering from Helsinki University of Technology.

Sari supports and coaches women in technology and when she does have some spare time she enjoys reading, music, the outdoors, and spending time with her husband and daughter.
