Magali began her career as a Senior Associate in investment banking at Lehman Brothers, where she focused on mergers and acquisitions in the telecommunications and media industry. She left to become the Founder and CEO of Route in, an award-winning edtech marketplace for career advice, and Debtscribe, a fintech real-time intelligence provider for high-yield debt investors. She remains very active as an advisor and mentor to the London start-up community.
Magali has a master’s degree in business from ESSEC Business School in Paris. Magali is passionate about technology, education, sustainability, artificial intelligence, and gastronomy.

Magali started her career at Arthur Anderson in Paris in 2000 in transaction services and restructuring and then moved into a mid-cap M&A business segment at Arthur Andersen as an analyst. She joined Lehman Brothers investment banking division in 2002 as part of the TMT team as a senior associate until 2008. She is the founder of three tech companies launched between 2011 and 2015: route-in, an interview preparation platform, Nuggle, a social media mobile app and Debtscribe, a real-time intelligence site for the high yield debt market. She also held roles as advisor and mentor in the London start-up community.
