Nina Peters, is a Partner based in Stockholm working broadly advising on C-suite leadership development and CEO/CXO successions. Her industrial focus is mainly within Consumer Goods, Retail, Services and Leadership Advisory work. Her deep international experience in these fields makes her a valued advisor on CEO succession, C-suite searches, and development and coaching of CEOs/CXO and Executive teams.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Nina served as Sweden’s Trade Commissioner in the Netherlands, leading Business Sweden in The Hague. Before that, she was a senior project leader with BCG, focusing on international strategy and organizational development for clients in fast-moving consumer goods, and retail. Earlier, Nina was a consultant at Business Sweden in Madrid.
Nina earned an MSc in Economics and Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics and completed INSEAD’s IEP. She is ACC certified coach by ICF. Outside of work she is passionate about creating memories with her family and friends through travel, sport and culture.
