Evelyne Sevin, based in Paris, advises a wide range of clients in the media, consumer, industrial, and public sectors. Some of her areas of expertise include talent management, team dynamics, leadership models, executive coaching, and supporting leaders as they integrate or transition into new roles. She works closely with Egon Zehnder’s Consumer, Industrial, Board Consulting, Executive Assessment and Development, and Human Resources practices.

Evelyne’s career began in auditing with Arthur Andersen. She then specialized in management turnaround and restructuring at Stratorg, a startup consulting firm where she was a Partner.
Evelyne has a master’s in economics and arts from Paris X Nanterre and graduated from HEC with a major in finance. In 2011, she completed the INSEAD program on Coaching and Consulting for Change in Clinical Psychology for Organizations. She has led the Rising Talent Initiative of the Women’s Forum for the Economy and Society and is an active member of the French Committee of Human Rights Watch. Evelyne has been Vice President of La Société d’encouragement pour l’industrie nationale for the past six years and is also on the nomination committee for Paris’s 2024 Olympic bid.
